Holland Conservation Commission
Minutes of Commission meeting held on December 11, 2007.
Present: Mary vandenBerg, Chairperson, Steven Anderstrom, Patricia Caron, Howard Fife, Rolf Hilbig and James Wettlaufer.
7:00 p.m. Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:05 p.m. The minutes of December 4, 2007 were read and accepted and will be distributed.
We received Robert Ardizzoni’s “Plan of Land” map approved by the Holland Planning Board. We discussed the Order of Conditions.
Members signed Vendor Voucher paying Catherine Frohn’s Legal Ad to The Republican.
7:30 p.m. The Public Hearing for a Determination of Applicability was held for Michael LaMountain of 41 Lakeridge Dr. to clear and grade access easement for utility installation off Chaffee Rd. No abutters came. Following discussion, all were in favor of a Negative Determination closing the Hearing at 7:50 p.m. Mr. LaMountain gave us a check for $60.00, paying for his Legal Ad.
7:55 p.m. Dave Smith of Escape Estates, Inc. presented Procedure Sheet #2004-877 for Lot #10, Butterworth Extension, Map 7C to construct a single family house with septic and well. Plans were reviewed. Motion was made to approve the project. All were in favor. Mary vandenBerg signed the Procedure Sheet.
Motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
